Privacy Policy
This policy describes how SportsPandits handles information when you use the CricketMaster application and this website.
Information we process
- Account information: name, email address, phone number when supplied, authentication credentials in protected form, and subscription status.
- Cricket information: teams, player names, match invitations, ball-by-ball events, scores, results and statistics.
- Coaching content: videos you choose to record or upload and analysis produced from them.
- Support information: your name, email and message when you contact us.
- Payment information: transaction identifiers and subscription results. Complete card, UPI and banking details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by CricketMaster.
- Technical information: essential service logs used for reliability, security and abuse prevention.
How information is used
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide teams and matches, synchronize scoring, perform requested coaching analysis, administer subscriptions, answer support requests, maintain the service and comply with applicable law.
Camera and uploaded videos
Camera access is optional and activated only when you choose to record a practice video. Files you select or record are uploaded only after your action. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure, email, analysis and payment providers only as necessary to operate the service. Razorpay processes payments under its own privacy policy. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and deletion
Account and cricket information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion using our account-deletion page. We delete or anonymize account data and uploaded coaching content, except limited records that must be retained for fraud prevention, legal, tax or accounting obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Children should use CricketMaster only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion of a child's information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information. You can deny camera permission and continue using features that do not require recording.
